Who is responsible

Avangarde is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to hello@avangarde.io with any question about it.

What we collect

Details you send through the contact form: name, work email, company, topic, message and the optional fields about your landscape, plus the call time you pick, your time zone and whether you want an NDA. We also receive the technical data any web server sees, such as your IP address, when you load a page.

Why, on what basis and how long

We use your details to answer your request and to arrange the call you asked for. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the steps needed before a contract at your request. We keep a request for up to 12 months after the last contact. If an engagement follows, we keep the records the law requires. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who receives it

Our hosting provider Cloudflare delivers and secures this site and processes request data such as IP addresses. Our email delivery provider, Resend, transmits the contents of the form to our mailbox. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@avangarde.io and we answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your own country.
